UFC Superstar Ronda Rousey has been very silent after his massive defeat against Holly Holm in the UFC 193 and has spent her holidays training with her coaches in Judo and Boxing.

MMA Fighting reports that it has not been a great holiday season for former Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey. After suffering a brutal KO against undefeated Holly Holm, she had to change her current fighting style and get back on the mat training in Judo and Boxing. Despite her defeat, she is still sticking with her longtime trainer Edmond Tarverdyan who is now doing great in improving her boxing techniques.

Long time friend and UC commentator Joe Rogan also reveals that he is very impressed with Rousey's current boxing techniques. However, he still believes that what Rousey needs is a well-rounder approach most especially from a coach with "a proven track record as a coach." Rogan believes that she needs another coach from the outside who can look at the bigger picture of her overall game in the MMA to rebuild her once again as a fighter.

Rogan also believes that Rousey needs to prioritize her schedules if she wants to compete with the best fighters in the world, together with an acting career that is also on the move.

Meanwhile BJ Penn releases an Instagram post from Rousey, who seems to be haunted by her defeat up until now.She recently uploaded a quote on her Instagram account from Shakespeare, undoubtedly with an obvious meaning together with it. Rousey posted, "I was adored once too."

It has been almost two months since Ronda Rousey was defeated from UFC 193 by Holly Holm with a shocking Knock-out.

However, fans of the MMA Superstar is still looking forward to see Ronda Rousey back on her A game and back inside the Octagon, hopefully to get her title back from Holm or from any fighter who dares to get in the way.
