Teresa Giudice was already released from her 15-month imprisonment last year, just 2 days before Christmas, but with the strict house arrest rules, she must still be feeling like a prisoner in her own home. She has to wear the ankle bracelet and abide by a lot of strict house rules.
"[Teresa Giudice] is required to check in daily with the Federal Location Monitoring program that is overseeing her house arrest," the insider added, "The ankle bracelet Teresa must wear until February also gives officials her exact location."
The ankle bracelet should be worn by the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" actress until February 5, 2016.
The source added that she must be home by 9 p.m. If there other prior commitments scheduled beyond the curfew time, she has to have that approval first before the government will allow her to do so.
"It's embarrassing for Teresa because she wants to go to New York City with friends, but that will have to wait for a bit." She even wanted to have fun during the night but this was not possible for her to do because of the house arrest rules she has to abide. Although this will just be temporary, it is still a bit disappointing for the actress. She remained lockdown after imprisonment.
Yet, she has got herself back to the filming of the next episodes of the series, however, it was also revealed that the actress felt uncomfortable with wearing the ankle bracelet which the Federal government required her to wear.
"Giudice isn't a fan of wearing the ankle bracelet because it's cumbersome and bulky," one insider said.
The source added, "She wasn't' happy to do it [filming of "Real Housewives of New Jersey"], but knew Bravo wanted it for the show." The probable reason why she didn't feel comfortable all throughout the filming is the ankle bracelet. She felt pressured revealing it on camera.
So, there is a need to have a special wardrobe Teresa Giudice has to wear to cover the ankle bracelet from filming it though she really like to wear short mini-skirts and heels.
"Teresa wants to wear a short mini-skirt and heels, but that's just not an option," the insider explained.
