"Fifty Shades of Grey" is a smoldering hot film which features dauntless actors Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan. Although the film received a wide array of remarks good or bad, the 26-years-old Johnson who portrays Anastasia Steele perceives the film in great appreciation and honor.

The E.L. James movie adaptation made Johnson a staple name amongst viewers and even paved the way for her to land a spread in the cover of an international magazine, Vogue. The "Fifty Shades Darker" actress is also very positive when she claimed that the movie lead her to more opportunities especially knowing that she gained fame in playing a daring character in the film.

"I'm proud of Fifty Shades of Grey. I don't need to distance myself from that. The more work I do, the more the general public sees the different things I can do. Do I think it opened doors? Yeah. More people know my name," the 26-years-old Johnson said from the article of DailyMail (via Vogue).

Once Johnson explained how she always perceive a simple life but in a way manages to do something that will challenge her just like the movie "Fifty Shades of Grey."

"I think about my dwindling anonymity," Johnson said in Vogue. "and that's really scary because a very large part of me would be perfectly happy living on a ranch in Colorado and having babies and chickens and horses-which I will do anyway. I wanted to be involved because it's so different and it's an intense love story."

Director of "Fifty Shades of Grey" Sam Taylor-Johnson shared in Vogue how Dakota did exactly what they perceive her to portray in the movie. Johnson was able to deliver Anastasia both having that exuding power and frailty making it more possible that the reception of the audience to Johnson will be high.

"She blew us out of the water."

"She understood the nuance of that passage and how to play something delicately. Dakota has the ability to play so fragile and vulnerable, but with this underlying strength that makes you feel she is going to triumph," said Director Taylor-Johnson.
