Gigi Hadid and her latest pal, a former star of One Direction, Zayn Malik, were spotted checking out a unit worth $6.49 million at 10 Bond Street.
The unit in this Annabelle Selldorf-designed building at the corner of Broadway and Lafayette in Noho is the last unit left on the market.
The 2,775-square-feet apartment of three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, is much bigger than the former pad of Hadid at 250 Browery.
Hadid listed her old 935-square-foot two-bedroom pad for $2.5 million on the market in July 2015 and it went off in December, but it was not sold, as reported by the NY Post.
The chic pad at 10 Bond, comes with oversize windows, hardwood floors, a chef's kitchen with a pantry, an elevator that opens directly into the apartment, and a media room.
The master suite of the pad includes a separate glass-enclosed shower with heated floors and a spa-like bathrooms with a "floating tub."
The brokers of Hadid, Douglas Elliman's Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes, declined to comment.
