A New York apartment that was once owned by the princess of pop, Britney Spears, is back in the market for $7.6 million.

New York Curbed reports that the penthouse at 14 East 4th Street, which is also known as the Silk Building, is now for sale for $7.6 million. The property was once owned by Spears back in 2002, and she bought it for $3 million. Spears decided to sell the 4,400-square-foot unit in 2004 for $6 million.

However, the property has failed in finding a new owner, and the price was reduced a couple of times before the penthouse was sold for $4 million in 2006. After that, it reappeared on the market last year with an asking price of $9 million. By October 2015, the listing price went down to $7.6 million. Aside from Spears, the place was also previously owned by other celebrities like Keith Richards and Cher. The location of the building itself is reportedly meant to attract other celebrities too.

The penthouse quadruplex boasts three bedrooms which include a full-floor bedroom with its own dressing area. It also has four and a half bathrooms and an outdoor space. The listing details reveal that the property also has a huge terrace and windows which provide incredible views of the city. The chef kitchen is filled with custom cabinets; subzero refrigerator and a Viking stove. Spears' former house also features a wood burning fireplace, mud room and a separate laundry room.

The Silk building is known to provide luxury services to their tenants with their professional full-time doormen. The building also features a lovely roof deck which is considered to be one of the beautiful places in the sought-after building. It is located on the 4th street between Lafayette and Broadway and is in the center of all Greenwich Village.

Spears' net worth is $185 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
