"Million Dollar Listing New York" realtor Ryan Serhant will be brokering the sale for the upcoming three-story penthouse at the Aria on the Bay. He revealed the news on his official Instagram account.

According to The Real Deal, Serhant in collaboration with the Melo Group is set to sell the three-story penthouse for $12.995 million, or $1,355 per square foot. The penthouse apartment has a combination of two units. It covers 9,562 square feet of interior space and offers 360-degree views of its surroundings. Included in the listing is the ultimate luxury residential property with 10 bedrooms and equal number of bathrooms.

Arquitectonica, an international architecture, interior and landscaping design firm will be in-charge of the 53-story building that will house 648 units. The construction is expected to be completed by 2017 by Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Faia and Laurinda Spear.

Serhant said that the listing includes a private entrance for the master suite, marble bathroom with a walk-in shower, a wraparound balcony, an open floor plan, ItalKraft cabinets and Bosch appliances. He also added that he is currently working on several big listings with Muse and Echo Brickell.

Meanwhile, in a report by Variety, the 30-year-old "Million Dollar Listing New York's" star has successfully convinced The New York Times Square to shut down for an hour for the not so "secret" moment of proposal to his longtime girlfriend Emilia Bechrakis, 29, on early Sunday morning. The proposal will be aired for the next season of "Million Dollar New York Listing."

In Renwick Modern, Serhant has two remaining residences which are for sale. A lower floor apartment with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in 2,600 square feet and has a $4 million marked tag. Another listing includes a 2,702-square-foot duplex penthouse which has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, and five terraces with a price tag of $6.35 million.
