One of the featured real estate listings in Miami is a Mediterranean home facing Biscayne Bay and a private dock. The property situated in a lush landscape is up for sale for $27.5 million and was listed by agent Nelson Gonzalez of EWM Realty International.

The Miami beach home located at 2318 N Bay Road spreads in an area of 14,600 square feet. The ½ acre lot on North Bay Road has 124 feet of water frontage and is just several minutes walk to the Miami Beach Golf Club and the South Beach. It boasts eight bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, two courtyards, a wine cellar, a gym, mahogany doors and windows, open living spaces, library, and an elevator. The waterfront home also features a Jacuzzi and an infinity pool for relaxation, according to Miami Curbed.

The founder of San Francisco-based Embarcadero Technologies, Stuart Browning, is selling the property which he purchased in 2004 for $3.5 million. The Wall Street Journal reports that Mr. Browning spent $11 million to reconstruct the old home to make it stylish and modern in 2009. The 55-year-old businessman is reportedly selling the property to take advantage of the hot market in North Bay. He moved to Florida in 2000. It is one of the most expensive North Bay properties in the market today.

Other highlights of the modern Mediterranean, North Bay road home include a generator, summer kitchen, a waterfront office, and three-car garage. It has a towering 12-foot ceiling, book-matched travertine and oak floors, and Lutron lighting, as reported by Miami Beach House Blog. In the center home, there's an open floor plan with family and formal dining room, a living room, and 1,100 SF Boffi kitchen with wine cellar. The home's spacious master suite features a wet bar and Poliform closets and an open seating area.
