Bret Boone, a former Major League Baseball second baseman, has put his real estate located in Rancho Santa Fe up for lease at $38,0000 per month. It was said that the asking price of Boone's estate has been reduced by $1 million, a report from Los Angeles Times said. According to the records of Multiple Listing Service, the whole property is now listed on the market with the price tag of $8.499 million.

Boone's real estate property is a single-story residential building with Tuscan style and beautifully sits in a gated community. It was said that the property has been introduced to the real estate market back in November last year with an asking price of $9.5 million.

"Among its features are a great room topped with beamed ceilings, a chef's kitchen, a game room/bar, a home theater, his and her offices and two laundry rooms. A tennis court, a play yard, a covered pavilion and a one-bedroom guest house complete the grounds," the report said.
