The main man in the Comics Universe Stan Lee is now selling his flat in Bird Streets. The nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of Lee's property is now priced at $3.23 million.
Stan Lee who celebrated his 93rd birthday last Dec. has turned his home in Hollywood Hills West for sale according to LA Times. The property situated in Bird Streets was built in 1939 and dons a traditional design. The property is a corner lot space which covers a nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of land and A-list visitors of the comic master can enter the property through a garden courtyard.
New owners of this prime lot will be invited by its white walled interiors, the marble-washed bathroom, dark hardwood floors and the clean-slate design that illuminates in the overall feature of the house. Adding up to this classic charm is the rectangular pool that has a lounge, relaxation area on the side, a spacious kitchen, a garden sitting area, and a walk-in closets.
Bleeding Cool details what other additions the house offers for the new owner. "The guest suite has a private bath and powder room. The second floor features a huge master suite with stunning his-and-her marble baths, separate walk-in closets with built-in cabinetry, a fireplace, and corner windows opening to hilltop and city views. Two large and bright bedrooms off of the grand center hall boast in-suite marble baths enveloped by private treetop views. Privacy, patios, wine storage, hardwood floors, recessed lighting throughout and two home offices."
Meanwhile, the $3.23 million home of the 93-year-old Comics genius was even short of its asking price. Bleeding Cool reports that initially the asking price of the Hollywood Hills West home of Lee is $3.9 million leaving the 93-year-old short of $170,000.
Currently, the comics mogul has just bought another house last year that costs $4.3 million.
Stan Lee has a net worth of $50 million.
