For four straight years, RE/MAX, LLC still sits at the top of its game as the leading real estate franchise in the 37th annual Franchise 500 survey by Entrepreneur magazine.

Aside from being first in the real estate division, this Denver-based franchisor was No. 21 in ranking among all the franchises. This shows a massive climb from last when they ranked No. 75.

In their Press Release, Tuesday, Vice President for Business Development, Chris Pflueger said, "The RE/MAX business model is attractive to franchisees because it's agent-centric and focused on a high level of customer service. Our franchisees benefit from the reach of a worldwide network and the many tools and resources that RE/MAX provides."

Companies were judged in areas such as stability, financial strength, and growth rate. The top 1 spot was earned by Jimmy John's, followed by Hampton by Hilton, Supercuts, Servpro, and Tapsnap holding the 5th spot.

RE/MAX was established in 1973 by Gail and Dave Liniger. Their estimated 100,000 agents allow RE/MAX  to extend their reach in almost 100 countries worldwide. To date, their company boasts of more than 40 years of outstanding performance.

From a small office in Denver Colorado, RE/MAX has developed into a global real estate force of franchisee-owned and operated offices. It has an estimate of 100,000 sales associates that has proven to be the most efficient and productive real estate work force.

Factsheet of a study conducted by Nielsen Monitor-Plus / A25-54 GRPs Unequivalized for 2012 show that an average RE/MAX agent outsell those from other national real estate franchises in comparisons of the largest real estate brokerages, most recently in the 2014 REAL Trends 500 report.

In another survey authority, RE/MAX was also awarded the 1st spot, for seven successive years, as the leading real estate franchise by the Franchise Times Top 200.
