Tom Cruise listed three of his homes back in early 2015, and it seems that the bankable star is not done yet. Another one of his properties was spotted in the open.
The "Mission Impossible" star's 14.2-acre property located around 30 miles south of London, England, has been up for grabs for $7.385 million. The four-floor brick mansion, which is near Scientology's British headquarters, comes with five to six bedrooms, five full and three half bathrooms, in 11,331 square feet of space, Variety reported.
Cruise is a popular Scientologist, a fact assumed to have been the primary reason of the purchase back then. The property is close to the East Grinstead, the former residence of the Scientology religion founder, L. Ron Hubbard.
Cruise's estate also comes with a state-of-the-art, camera-equipped security system and fully manicured grounds. A Victorian era garage sitting on the outskirts of the main house, a summer house in the back garden, and a 1,436-square-foot pavilion, are all included as features of the listing.
One of Hollywood's highest-paid actors, Cruise is reportedly trimming down his real estate numbers. In March 2015, his Los Angeles mansion was listed for $13 million. His Colorado vacation mansion, on the other hand, was listed for $59 million in October 2015. In addition, a Beverly Hills estate that he and ex-wife Katie Holmes got for $30.5 million in 2007, was also listed for $50 million, Celebrity Homes reported.
The Beverly Hills estate was Cruise and Holmes' primary residence prior to divorce. It is a multi-winged structure that sits on a 1.3-acre real estate, and includes seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It also provided privacy for the little family back then.
Two additional New York properties were also disposed by the actor in 2013. A New York City townhouse was listed for $28 million and another condo unit in the American Felt Building was listed for $3 million.
