Heath Mayor Lorne Liechty has great news for home buyers interested in Heath. This year, he sees growth in home construction projects and development of more residential projects, a report from Dallas News said.
Mayor Liechty said that the highlights for Heath in 2015 is the approval of new developments including the Heath Golf and Yacht Club which will pave the way for new home constructions in 2016 along with the Hidden Creek Events as well.
He mentioned that this year will be a completely different one from last year with new residential development and construction. The city will continue its road development projects such as the expansion of FM740 South. With these new improvements, people will surely move in and there will be an increased opportunity for business and commercial growth in Heath.
The mayor also spoke of what residents can do to help. He said volunteering to serve on city boards, participation in community events such as the Fourth of July parade, the Heart of Heath event and the Holiday in the Park event would help.
Heath will be looking forward to new residential developments online as well since there will be more new homes to be built.
Liechty finally said that Heath residents should realize how fortunate they are to live in the city.
