Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay has now put his Chelsea duplex for rent for $22,500 per month.

Last October, NY Curbed reported that celebrity chef Bobby Flay puts his Chelsea duplex, the place he used to share with his ex-wife Stephanie March in the market for $7.95 million.

According to New York Post, Flay is doing everything he can just to get Chelsea Mercantile off his back that is why he puts it out for rent while it remains unsold. The apartment that is located in 252 Seventh Ave. was described as a 3,200-square-foot home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was MG & Company who designed the place.

One unit on the eight floor and the other part on the ninth floor were combined to form the duplex. The home has two separate entrances and is very spacious and perfect for entertaining guests. Based on its floor plan, the lower level media room can also be converted as the fourth room in the house. As for the second level, it has a living room and dining area. There is also a billiards room and a home office that has "spectacular steel-casement windows."

The house features a top-of-the-line chef's kitchen with zinc bar top from Paris, lab cabinets in the kitchen and red-glazed finishes. In addition, there are also two dishwashers, spacious walk-in pantry and luxurious appliances with the Viking logo. The kitchen is indeed the fitting place for cooking.

As described, the best part of the house is the "spectacular open kitchen designed with and for a PROFESSIONAL CHEF."

Meanwhile, given its unsavory divorce, March has been kicked out of their apartment. Reportedly, Mercantile is where March lived together with her sick mother that she takes care of. The source said that Flay "will keep the house in Amagansett and the Manhattan apartment. Stephanie has to leave the Manhattan apartment at a specified date in the next few months."
