Events do call for an appreciation in assets of the place which was once quiet. This has been proven time and time again, and this time, with the news that the L.A. Rams are going to be relocated in Inglewood, sparked interest to some investors.
According to Matt Crabbs, a commercial real estate agent, he at first saw no interest on his listing in La Brea Avenue, in Inglewood. Then just last week, six parties have done an inquiry regarding the 17,000 square foot building that is worth $4 million.
He thinks it's incredible that people are making interest and have been thinking about what they can do with the place.
In order to make boast about what they are selling, Crabbs and other agents have been very vocal about the idea regarding the L.A. Rams move and they said that it usually works when trying to pitch a sale. Some agents are not even shy of saying that they are selling properties near the stadium site.
The stadium site by the way is a 300 acre multibillion-dollar project. It will invite commerce into the place with the plans to have offices and shops, restaurants and other entertainment in the area.
With all these excitement, there are ads posted that would state, "It is now official, the Rams are coming back."
Another listing for retail on the Century Boulevard building reads, "Within blocks of the new stadium development."
Many agents are happy that these kinds of tactics are working for them as they do their jobs. Residents are excited with the news.
Because of LA. Rams, it was noted that so far, those who are looking into getting a property at Inglewood are mostly investors that are planning to open up, repair and limousine shops, restaurants and other business centers.
Things like these really do drive traffic to the place and is a great benefit for real estate agents like Matt Crabbs.
