The biggest sale in Seattle's real estate this week is the Bellevue Waterfront Estate, which was sold for $4.7 million.
The property in 10319 SE 30th Street, Bellevue was originally listed for $5.4 million and was recently sold for $4.68 million. The property has a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms and a total area of 6,920 square feet. It was reported that Doug & Bobbie Webb originally bought the lot for $475,000 in 1986 and built the waterfront residence with the help of renowned architect William Buchan.
Aside from the almost 7,000 square feet of lot, the place also has 118 feet of private beach. It has a huge gourmet kitchen and another full kitchen in the lower level. The master bedroom has two separate bathrooms, and the place also has a game room, wood shop and craft room.
Seattle Curbed also reported some of the big sales in Seattle last week, which includes the property in 6031 77th Ave SE, Mercer Island. It was reported that the place was originally listed for $4.4 million but was sold for $3.85 million. The 3,160-square-foot residence has a total of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The interiors have classic and clean colors with plenty of wood accents.
Originally built in 1949, the Lakeview Highlands residence features 100 feet of lakefront access. The place was listed last June, and the price chop was done in September.
Another big sale for the state last week was the property in 2520 Mount Baker Dr S, Mount Baker, which was sold for $3.7 million. The original asking price of the 7,930-square-foot residence was $3.9 million. It has a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The whole size of the property is 34,283 square feet, and it includes a 1922 Gregorian style mansion.
