The Province noted that Delray Sands is a recreation of the vintage Holiday Inn. The hotel has kept the low structure style of the classic inn along with its guest-friendly customer service and kidney-shaped pool. The accommodation has the Atlantic Ocean beachfront.
Ric Clark, the general manager of Delray said, "We've always had lots of repeat guests, even before the renovations." Clark declared that their exact location, which is directly on the beach, could be the reason why many guests are coming back.

Delray Sands Resort has a total of 110 rooms and suites. The management made a major overhaul with the establishment's landscaping and carpeted corridors. The décor is also updated inspired by Florida life.

Visitors can also choose rooms depending on the view that they want to see from their room's window. Regular rooms range from $279-$499 per night while suites are in between $569 and $999 a night depending on the day of the week.
