The privilege have always been mocked of their misplaced priorities. There are dog owners who have put forth a lot of more than the extra effort on their pooches, when spas and luxury pet grooming stations have been made available, not just to humans but to dogs.

When Pet Spas first came out, it was sort of just a little bit crazy idea, but nowadays, it is becoming to be widely known. These places are also going through their own evolution. Before, dog grooming shops are only for grooming their pets but now, these lucky dogs can even get their own lounging area which could be a loft where they can frolic.

These dog spas also feature services like walking the dogs out and when the dog has finally been tired, they can sleep on the cot. Luxury indeed has taken over.

According to an article in New York Times, luxury pet spas have replaced and renovated here and there just to accommodate lucky dogs who has the opportunity to be housed and pampered in these places. Some renovations include, slop sinks for washing down pets are replaced by professional-grade bath tubs. Small closet size areas were expanded into sprawling facilities. These facility will allow your dog pet to have his own cage free day where he can just simply enjoy and be groomed as well. Even if these places have first been introduced in luxury living space, lately these dog spas have also been introduced to the affordable housing community.

According to Rachel MacCleery, senior VP of the Urban Land Institute, she said that at first these dog spa places use to not exist, and now that they have existed, they are being thoughtfully developed. Even Manhattan has its own pet real estate website for this purpose.

The big contributor for the demand of these dog spa places could be credited to the millennials who instead of choosing marriage would rather get a pet instead of rearing children.
