"I knew the kids would make friends easily and Sam can't wait for his 12th birthday next month when he can drive a golf cart around the place. To be fair, there's a lot to like, with the weather and the people are very friendly."

As per Golf Week, the mansion has a listing price of $10,995. The entire 9,509 square foot mansion has a total of six bed rooms and eight bathrooms. The Palm Beach gardens home has marbled floors, a huge kitchen with high end appliances, its own movie theater, a pool in the back yard, fire pit, and a wet bar.
