There could never be any other place in New York with more gold and marble ensembles than in the Donald Trump mansion. This elegant and expensive looking penthouse is located at the Trump Tower in Manhattan, New York.
This grandiose Louis XIV inspired masterpiece was the brainchild of Angelo Donghia. It is filled with a variety of gold furnitures, jaw dropping chandeliers, classic paintings, and marble walls. The place is so grand, it was dubbed as the epitome of elegance and perfection.
The penthouse is home to Republican Senator and Presidential candidate Trump and his wife Melania, along with their son, Barron. The property consists of three floors. On the first floor, a gold and diamond front door greets all of the visitors, top to bottom.
Every floor in all of the areas is made of marble. The ceilings on all of the floors are painted with scenes from the classical Greek myths and are bordered by intricate paintings of gold all around it. Greek statues are also found all over the place. Candelabras are neatly placed in every table, along with two candy bowls and stacks of Vanity Fair and Vogue magazines.
The walls are filled with classical paintings from the Louis XIV period, all in gold frames. The other effects inside the house are made with glass to complement the metallic feel of all the gold in the space. There are also plenty of framed pictures in one corner of the house, exhibiting several shots of the power couple and their son.
All of the upholstery are decorated with the finest white and golden designs as well. The other furnitures found inside the property are mostly made from wood, but are all Louis XIV inspired.
Apart from the whopping amount of gold and marble everywhere, the place also boasts of its fantastic view of the Central Park.
