Matthew Perry currently has a London address, where he's renting an apartment located in the West End area. The former "Friends" star has temporarily moved there to star in a play which he wrote himself, entitled "The End of Longing."
The apartment, a short walking distance from the Playhouse Theater, is currently in the market for £6,995,000 (roughly $10 million), Homes and Properties UK reported. It is said to be a modern flat, made with natural limestone, zinc panels, bay windows and Juliet-style balconies.
Perry has rented out the lavish unit for the duration of his West End stay until May. But, should it be given an extension, will the actor consider adding it to his growing list of real estate investments?
The 46-year-old actor has a gorgeous 4,000-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles called the "Hopen Place Residence." According to The Pinnacle List, the ultra-modern property is known as one of the most prestigious and unique residences in Hollywood Hills.
Its sleek architectural exteriors sit on top of a hill, offering a panoramic view of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean. The property includes a central courtyard, spa and an infinity pool. Perry purchased it in 2011 for $8.5 million.
Perry is also known for having run his own rehab facility which he called "The Perry House" in his property in Malibu. In February 2015, he sold the property for $10.65 million, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. Perry, who once struggled with substance abuse himself, said the cost of maintenance in the Malibu area prompted him to sell, but he's looking to relocate either in Santa Monica or Studio City.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Perry gets up to $150,000 as salary per episode. His total net worth is approximately at $70 million, majority of which he got from his 10-year stint on "Friends."
