After the $200 million listing of the Playboy Mansion, another property is following its footsteps as a Miami real mansion is listed for $195 million.
According to Miami Curbed, the Manalapan mega-mansion was first listed in April, but it was just recently listed publicly for the first time. The property has a total of 33 bedrooms and 47 bathrooms (which includes 12 and a half bathrooms) and is located on an island that is between Palm Beach and Delray Beach. It is now the second most expensive home for sale in the country next to the Playboy mansion
Gossip Extra reports that the listing details of the property reveal that it offers breathtaking views of the ocean and also has world-class botanical garden oasis with over 1,500 species of tropical trees and plants. The property includes five houses which includes the 12-bedroom Mediterranean-style main residence which was designed during the World War II by renowned Palm Beach architect Marion Sims Wyeth. It also includes a sneve-bedroom guesthouse, a manager's house, and two seaside cottages. It has a total living space of 85,000 square feet.
The Miami property also has high-end amenities like a PGA- standard golf practice area, a sports complex which has a regulation tennis court, half basketball court, a miniature golf course and a playground. The listing description of the place says that the residence is designed with wood motif which blends with the stone finishes of the columns and the coral stone façade of the bedrooms. Most of the bedrooms also open to the beautiful ocean views while others lead to the pool room. Outside, there is also a stunning grotto-like pool terrace.
The property is now being managed by the brothers Dirk Ziff, Robert Ziff and Daniel Ziff. Records show that the family bought the place in 1985 for $5 million.
