The Waterfalling estate in Hawaii that's famous for its dramatic cliff-top landscape and waterfalls has been sold again. The real estate was offered at an asking price of $26.5 million in 2012 but was sold for $5,750,000 in March 2014. Nearly six months after, it was listed again for $10 million. Last fall, a  buyer purchased it for $6.8 million.

According to listing agent Kelly Moran, the buyer of Waterfalling estate is a CEO with a young and energetic family. The property will available as a high-end luxury retreat with rentals starting at $25,000 a week, Yahoo Real Estate reports.

"My structural engineer said this will be here longer than the pyramids," developer Scott Watson told Yahoo Real Estate in 2014. "They didn't have No. 9 rebar back then."

The Hawaii property offers a stunning private triple-decker waterfall in every room. Located on Hawaii's Big Island, it sits on a secluded gated eight-acre oceanfront property overlooking the Pacific Ocean and offers awesome views of naturally flowing waterfalls, The Pinnacle List reports. Watson claimed that it is an "aviator's paradise." The property is just a 15-minute helicopter flight away from the Kilauea Volcano.

The 8,100 sq. ft. central home lies on the border of an oceanfront cliff down the Hamakua Coast in Ninole, Hawaii. Since its construction, luxury has been incorporated in the massive Waterfalling estate. It has a central Daytona 52-inch round pneumatic air-compression elevator, rooftop deck with three helipads, and a parking with a rooftop night-lit tennis or basketball court. It also boasts an outdoor oceanfront Cliffside aquatic center that has an elevated seven-meter platform dive, 25-meter Olympic swimming pool and 16-foot deep diving pool.

Waterfalling is also designed with a three-meter Duraflex Olympic springboard, a 25-meter kiddie pool, and two whirlpools. Other amenities are wet bar, exterior grill, dining area, shower and sauna.
