Golf star Jordan Spieth seems to be upgrading his real estate portfolio: he just put up his luxurious five-bedroom home in Dallas, Texas for $2.795 million - which probably means he's ready to move into Hunter Mahan's former home.

The 22-year-old golfer is having a great year - not to mention earning the big bucks - thanks to his huge wins at the Masters and U.S. Open. In fact, he's currently ranked as the number one golfer in the world, reminding golf patrons of a much younger Tiger Woods.

Spieth's French-style home spans 7,378 square feet - a bit smaller than that $7.15 million mansion he recently purchased from another golfer, Hunter Mahan.

An open floor plan in the home's main floor boasts of an open space concept, with the option of bringing in some of the outside into the home. Realtor.com reports:

"The main-floor living space, encompassing the two-island chef's kitchen and family room, opens directly onto the courtyard out back. There, you'll find a pool, spa, and plenty of room for cooking and entertaining."

There are more amenities in the home great for entertaining, too. The residence has a 288-bottle wine closet, in addition to other amenities. As per the listing:

"Magnificent Old Preston Hollow beauty with amenities including art niches, groin vaulted ceiling, arched doorways, 288-bottle wine closet, media room, golf simulator room and game room. Chef's kitchen includes commercial range, two 12' islands with amazing storage and decorator finishes."

Not only that, but property - located at 4436 Brookview Drive - also has a two-story "gentleman's study," decorated with dark wood bookshelves and large picture windows to add a refreshing complement to the light hardwood floors.

Just around the corner from the study is the master suite, which has its own his-and-her closets, and an en-suite "spa-like bath" furnished with stone walls and oversized mirrors.

Jordan Spieth net worth is $40 million.
