Miley Cyrus has added another real estate property to her list after she bought a two-story home in Ramirez Canyon for $2.525 million. According to Los Angeles Curbed, the 23-year-old now owns a 1,384-square-foot property that has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which features a Spiderman theme.
Trulia reports that the Malibu California property was originally built in 1958 and has been renovated into a two-story home on 2.06 acres of lot. Inside, the place has a dining room that has heated stone floors and custom accordion glass doors which connects to a larger patio. It also has a cook's kitchen that is equipped with granite countertops and a breakfast bar which is perfect for an early morning relaxation.
The master bedroom has its own private balcony which overlooks the estate's grounds. Outside, there is a gazebo and Jacuzzi perfect for parties and gatherings. Miley's house also features a two-car garage which includes a special electric car charging unit.
This is Cyrus' fourth real estate property after she dropped $4 million on a horse ranch in Hidden Hills California last year. There is also the Studio City home which she bought in 2011 for $3.9 million. She also has a home in Toluca Lake which she bought back in May 2007 for $5.38 million.
