"Teen Wolf" star Tyler Posey snagged a  mid-century home featuring a lagoon for just $1.32 million.

The property has three bedrooms with its own bath. It sits in a 2,318-square-foot area that has lots of access to the outdoors.

One of the room leads to an exclusive garden entrance, while another boasts vaulted exposed-beam ceilings. The home highlights a spacious kitchen and dining area that has a fireplace. It also has windows overlooking the landscaped yard that has a lagoon-style pool and spa. Posey will surely enjoy a scenic view of the city, especially at night, Zillow reports.

The house was sold through Gibson International agents Diane Forbes Halliburton and Ryan Axelrod. Posey, a Santa Monica-born actor, started his career early at the age of six. At eight, he began doing films and TV projects. Apart from acting, he is also a member of the band Lost in Kostko. He also writes songs and plays lead and bass instruments.

In other news, in January, Posey attended the Sundance film festival for his film "Yoga Hosers" alongside Natasha Lyonne, Austin Butler, Justin Long and writer-director Kevin Smith. The 24-year-old actor who is known for his role in "Teen Wolf" claimed that it was a big challenge for him to do comedy, SLTRIB says.

"I was worried about my performance," he confessed. "I'm usually intense and dark and brooding, but I was such a comedic actor in this film. There was not one bit of intensity from me. It was my first time watching it around a group of people," Posey said. "I love the movie and I was ready to laugh, and everybody else laughed, too. It blew me away. It made me so happy."
