"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" stars and sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are just ecstatic about making their first ever feature (they got the cover too!) on Architectural Digest. Although Kim Kardashian's sisters employ the same decorator, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the homes still boast of their own unique charms.
In fact, Bullard described Kourtney's Calabasas mansion as "sophisticated but family-friendly," while Khloe tends to veer towards romanticism with her interior design.
"Our tastes are very specific and completely different. When we go furniture shopping, I stand there tapping my foot while Kourtney shows me modern pieces," Khloe explained in the magazine's March issue. "Then we head somewhere full of exotic, beautiful things and all she can say is, 'I like nothing here.'"
Even though both their homes are equally just as beautiful and captivating, one feature in Khloe's home is definitely catching the eye of many: her huge two-bedroom closet (photo). Yahoo Real Estate reports:
"While Kourtney's home is focused around the comfort of her three children, Khloe's bachelorette lifestyle allows for a huge closet. The 31-year-old reality star actually combined two bedrooms to create her closet that is organized by both color and style. 'I don't have kids, so why not?' she quips."
As it turns out, both Khloe and Kourtney's Calabasas homes were previously owned by celebrities as well.
Kourtney Kardashian purchased the 11,500 square foot, Tuscan-style home from former NFL pro Keyshawn Johnson, while Khloe Kardashian's 10,000 square foot, Mediterranean-style house was once owned by Justin Bieber.
