Matthew Perry has recently moved into a three-bedroom Manhattan-style penthouse in London after staying on a New York loft apartment for a long time.
Although Perry's central London apartment doesn't have views of Central Park, it still has an excellent view of Regent's Park and it is currently on the market for £7million, Mail Online reported.
The Manhattan Loft Corporation and Ridgeford Properties space mirrors a typical city pad and it features open-plan living areas with a modern, sleek design scheme. It also has a 24-hour concierge service.
The duplex penthouse which is located on the sixth and seventh floors of the building has a terrace that has spectacular views of the city. It also has a master suite as well as two bedrooms and bathrooms, Standard UK reported.
The kitchen has a combination of white high-gloss color as well as wooden finishes featuring oversized wall tiles and an island. Across the kitchen is an open-plan living area.
The dining room has a grey theme, a marble dining table, dining chairs, rug and sofa of different colors and shades. The monotone backdrop of the space has funky touches in mustard and bright blues.
The corridors are covered with wood where you can also see a staircase that leads to the master bedroom. In the bedroom, it has grey hued wood floors and low-slung bed with full height windows that gives it a city smart feel.
The master suite has its own dressing room and a luxurious white marble bathroom which has a free-standing bath and a huge floor tiles, adding a cool touch to the opulent space.
Sources reveal that Matthew Perry, who has a $70 million net worth, will be staying in the luxurious property until May wherein his stint for the "Playhouse Theatre" will be ended.
The London apartment that is developed by Manhattan Loft Corporation and Ridgeford Properties is now sale for £6,995,000 through Savills and Druce real estate agents.
