According to the press release of Ashley in PR NewsWire, the remodeling of the 76,000-square-foot facility in Ybor City has resulted to the creation of 200 jobs in the area, including a 40 new e-commerce positions. The NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association awarded Ashley Global Retail the Best Repurpose Project Award for the new Ybor facility.
