Charlize Theron recently decided to sell her Los Angeles Loft at a $1 million loss.

According to Variety, the actress who was rumored to star in "Fifty Shades Darker," sold her property back in October for only $1.7 million. Back in 2007, Theron purchased the loft for $2.76 million.

According to Zillow, "The two-story penthouse has the exposed air ducts, open floor plan, and tall, steel-framed windows of New York loft. It boasts three terraces, including one with a fireplace and one with a view of the cylindrical Capitol Records tower. The condo building, which started out as a department store in the 1920s, also offers discreet alley access to a full-time valet service."

Meanwhile, photos of Theron's former house was also posted on the website. One photo showed the actress' spacious living room that was adorned with a white carpet, white cushions and a black table.

Across the living area is the dining area that can sit six people. A bar area can also be found in the kitchen.

Below the stairs are two chairs with a table where home owners and guests can sit and relax before heading to the dining area. On the second floor is the master's bedroom that is aptly fitted with a huge bed.

One of the terraces is directly located outside the bedroom, and also boasts of two cushions perfect for outdoor relaxation. A second terrace can be found with a more relaxing ambiance and a built in outdoor fireplace.

Now that you know what features and amenities Theron's former house had, what are you waiting for? This type of interior design and layout may be ideal for your taste. Unfortunately, the property has already been sold, but you can still take some inspiration from it.
