Hugh Hefner recently listed out his infamous Playboy Mansion in the real estate market with one shocking condition: the 89-year-old founder will continue to live on the property until he dies. If you find the price of the property a bit too much, you can still experience living the life of a Playboy for a fraction of the price.
Hugh Hefner's wife, Crystal has listed her Hollywood home for rent, Realtor.com reported. According to the publication, the 29-year-old former Playmate has been renting out her Hollywood home since 2014.
Hefner reportedly purchased the home for his wife in 2011 in order for her to have a "roof over her head when he's gone." The house has four bedrooms, five baths and has contemporary amenities.
The 5,917-square-foot property also has a deluxe master suite, which has telescoping doors and finished with Jerusalem stone walls and walnut floors. The property can be rented out for $32,000 a month.
Live the life like Hugh Hefner did in his younger years, as the property also has an infinity edge pool, which can be perfect for hosting parties all day and night long.
Last January, Hefner revealed that he has put the iconic Playboy Mansion for sale for $200 million, The Guardian reported.
According to the publication, the Los Angeles property, which houses 29 rooms, is being sold for $200 million under one condition - Hefner will continue to live in it until he dies.
"The Playboy Mansion has been a creative center for Hef as his residence and workplace for the past 40 years, as it will continue to be if the property is sold," said Playboy Enterprises CEO Scott Flanders.
The mansion was bought in 1971 for over $1 million. The publication noted that Hefner used to commute between his Chicago and LA mansions until he decided to settle down into the latter in the mid-1970s.
