One of the houses for rent on Airbnb is known to have a waiting list of a minimum of six months. Here's a look at what it is, and what amenities it can offer guests.

According to Elle Décor, the most popular property for rent on Airbnb is none other than the dreamy hilltop villa in Tuscany. Also dubbed the "mushroom cap," the property received the most number of rentals ever since it was first made available for rent seven years ago.

"The popular accommodations site, which now rents cabins, castles, villas, windmills, and even yurts in the most far-flung destinations, was still in a startup mode at the time, and the dome was one of its first listings located outside of New York and San Francisco," the publication noted.

Meanwhile, the cabin was built by designer Kitty Mrache as part of her DIY project for a homeless friend.

"The unpretentious dwelling features a wooden dome ceiling with a glass section that looks out to a grove of redwoods and oak trees. A futon and double bed, compact kitchen and large deck area are the featured amenities," the publication added.

Photos of the property have been shared on the site, and they are truly worth looking at. However, renting this place may only be done if you are not in a hurry to check it out anytime soon. As mentioned earlier, there's a long waiting line for guests who also want to stay in the property.

Also, since it's just a cabin, it's most ideal for one to two persons. The bed is also located on the second floor, and you can only go up using a ladder.

If you are not necessarily a fan of heights, then renting this place out may not be an ideal choice for you.
