24-Hour Fitness founder Mark Mastrov has listed his Lake Tahoe home for $35 million. According to San Francisco Curbed, Mastrov, who is also the co-owner of the Sacramento Kings, is selling the place since he doesn't spend much time in the property now that his children are older.
It was said that the 13,686-square-foot house is complete with a swimming pool, golf course on the grounds and slopes perfect for any workout routine. San Francisco Business Journal reported that broker Trinkie Watson revealed that the entire property consists of three different homes and other amenities. She added that the estate also has more space for additional tennis court or another residence. It was said that Mastrov and his family used the property as a vacation home when his children were younger.
The main residence was originally built in 1998 and is called the Pine. It features several windows that provide stunning lake views. The ceilings were made of Douglas fir, and there is also a lakefront dining room, a gym with spa room, a game room with bar, theater and an office. The house is also automated with a control system and touchscreens in the different locations of the property. There is a total of six bedrooms and five bathrooms in the property. There's also a dormitory.
The property also has a 3,000-square-foot guest house which has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The guest house's design is said to be similar to that of the main residence. Both the main residence and the guest house feature the same heavy wood beams and are built with a lot of stones. Near the main property gate is a two-story caretaker house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, one can enjoy the stunning views of the water while working out in the spacious field.
