Two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Graham Nash is now selling his property in Manhattan Beach, CA for $2.8 million. According to Realtor, the property features not only one single house but two structures.

The main and larger house has a total area of 1,320 square feet, while the second structure is smaller with 850 square feet. According to the listing details, the main house that is located at the front features a floor-to-ceiling wood burning fireplace that is made of cobblestone.
