After failing to find a new owner, Jennifer Lopez's Hidden Hills mansion gets another price cut and is now listed for $12.5 million. It was just last year that the singer/actress placed the mansion up for sale for $17 million. According to the Los Angeles Curbed, despite the price cut, Lopez will still be making a bit of money in case someone would make the deal since she only paid $8.2 million on the property with her ex-husband Marc Anthony back in 2010.

Los Angeles Times reported that the three-acre property in the Ashley Ridge area has a total living space of 17,129 square feet, and it also features a few high-end amenities. For one, it has a resort-style swimming pool with spa outside. There is also a children's playing area and an outdoor living room which is perfect for entertaining guests.

The main residence has a total of nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. The traditional style home has formal and informal living rooms, a dining room which seats 12 people, a paneled library and a breakfast area. There is also a work/entertainment wing which is complete with a recording studio, dance studio, gym, theater room, game room with bar and a guest suite. Originally built in 1993, the estate also offers a garage parking which can accommodate eight cars and 15 more which can be parked in the motor court.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Lopez has an estimated net worth of $320 million. After two decades of being in the industry, the 46-year-old star has not only released award-winning albums and sold out concerts but also starred in a number of films and television shows like "Shades of Blue," "The Boy Next Door," and her breakthrough performance in "Selena." She is also the current judge for "American Idol" which is on its last season.
