"Real Housewives of New Jersey" alum Teresa Guidice's house was recently sold for only $100. According to Elle Décor, Guidice and her husband Joe purchased the property back in 2005 for $170,000. The house comes with three bedrooms and one bedroom, and it is located in Lincoln Park, New Jersey.

However, the property was purchased by its new owner for only $100 because Guidice and her husband have been having issues with their money. Instead of having the house foreclosed, at least someone else can renovate it and live in it.

Back in 2014, Guidice and Joe pled guilty to a 39-count indictment for allegedly falsifying documents, committing bank fraud, filing for fake bankruptcy and more. The Guidice matriarch got out of prison in December of last year after serving almost an entire year in jail. Her husband, on the other hand, just started his 41-month sentence last month.

Meanwhile, no bids were made on Guidice's property even though a lot of people knew that she and her husband were famous reality TV stars. Prior to their sentencing, they listed the property at $179,000 and even described the property as charming and a no-flood zone.

In other news, this is not the first time that Guidice's property is being sold at a relatively meager amount. Back in August, their house in Manahawkin, New Jersey was also sold for only $100 just before it was foreclosed, according to E! News.

One of their other properties in New Jersey which is aptly located in Montville was foreclosed before anyone else could purchase it. Luckily, they were able to reinstate the property so they once again got ownership of the house in October.

More and more properties are being foreclosed these days. If you want to find a property that's on a budget, but is still in very good condition, check out the listings nearest you right now.
