Democratic Party mover and shaker Michael Feldman and his wife, "Today" show co-host Savannah Guthrie, have relisted their Washington home for $2.099 million. Public records reveal that the property was first listed last year for $2.395 million. Feldman paid $950,000 for the property in 2003 before he married the former NBC News White House correspondent.

According to Washington Post, Feldman revealed that they decided to sell the property because they no longer spend time there as he spends most of his time in New York with Guthrie and their one-year-old daughter. Since his company office is also in New York, he said that at this point, the home became "a very elaborate form of storage."

The property has a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms. According to Variety's feature, the townhouse has a total space of 2,522 square feet. The main house has a total of four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and there is an integrated but separately metered one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment which is located on the subterranean ground level. Both the living room and the dining room have restored wood floors and fireplaces. The kitchen features exposed brick walls and is designed with dark granite countertops and a bi-level center island.

There are three bedrooms located on the third floor, and one of them has a fireplace, and another has a built-in bookshelves and media cabinet. The master bedroom is located on the uppermost level, and it has a fireplace, small private terrace and a beige-tiled bathroom.

The garden level is where the living room is located, and the kitchen also has a 600-bottle wine cellar. There is also another generously sized bedroom with another fireplace and en-suite bathroom. The small brick paved backyard leads to the two car parking areas and also a spacious roof deck which offers stunning views of the area. The family now lives in a Tribeca condominium which they bought for $3.8 million in 2012.
