Writer and director Tyler Perry just added being a real estate mogul in his resume after selling his Atlanta mansion for $17.5 million. According to Ellle Décor, it was reported that the French Provincial mansion broke the record for the most expensive residential sale in the history of Atlanta. According to reports, the previous highest sale in the city was an estate that was sold for $10.5 million in 2009.

In the feature of Variety, the estate has a total area of 34,688 square feet and it has a total of seven bedrooms and 11 full bathrooms.
