It seems that pop star Justin Bieber is determined to make up for his bad boy image to the public. The 20-year-old singer was a guest in "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and gamely participated in a prank initiated by host Ellen DeGeneres.
According to Hollywood Life, Bieber was back on the TV talk show on Feb. 5 as a guest. But before the singer appeared, DeGeneres asked for the star's help in pranking some of the audience members for that day.
The two hid in one of the stalls found at the comfort room of the studio. Bieber and DeGeneres pretended to be cozy with each other as they waited for a guest to enter the unlocked stall.
The guests' reactions were recorded by a hidden camera and showed to the audience in the show. Some screamed and uttered curses in surprise to see the two inside the stall, while two fans recognized Justin after recovering from the shock and went to hug the singer.
The two continued their prank and even changed the idea from "making out" to just sitting on a table while playing a recorder or having a mini-puppet show, said The Daily Mail.
One fan was so grateful to see Justin, she thanked the singer for the opportunity. "Hi Justin! Oh my God, thank you so much. Nice meeting you!" she said. To which, Ellen replied, "You too! Nice meeting you in the bathroom."
It was the "As Long As You Love Me" singer's second visit to the show in a span of one week. Bieber surprised DeGeneres' on her birthday week and appeared as a guest.
It was the 20-year old pop singer's second time to appear in the show. His first was in 2009, which was also his first TV appearance, said Inquistr.
During that time, Bieber talked about how "nervous" he was to be back on TV and the two briefly discussed the singer's new advertisement for Calvin Klein, which has been getting a lot of attention.
He also discussed the reason he was willing to go through the Central Comedy Roast. The Biebs noted that he looks at the show as an opportunity to laugh at his past behavior, which many found arrogant and inexcusable.
After visiting the show, Bieber posted a video online to publicly apologize for his past behavior, reported Hollywood Life. The singer admitted that his previous actions was not the real him and was only doing it to "cover up what he was truly feeling inside."
