Not many 17-year-olds are able to buy a multi-million dollar home on their own but then again, not many teenagers live a life like the Kardashian clan.
In a new report, TMZ claims that the younger sister of Kardashian sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney has purchased her own home worth $2.7 million. Kylie Jenner, daughter of Bruce and Kris Jenner, reportedly bought herself a 4,900 square foot home in Calabasas.
The house located in The Oaks, Calabasas' ultra-exclusive community, is located near the home of her sisters Kourtney and Khloe.
The publication further detailed that Kylie, who's getting paid handsomely to be on the reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" along with a number of endorsement and projects, is being assisted by her mother to purchase the home with her own money.
Kylie, the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan gets a cut of the $10 million the family makes from the show, reports NY Daily News.

She's been a hot topic over the last few months following rumors that she's involved in a relationship with 25-year-old rapper Tyga. A number of outlets are beginning to question if the place will be occupied by Kylie alone or will it be space she'll be sharing with rumored beau, Tyga.
During a recent interview, Tyga commented on his relationship with the young star. "If I love her, and I love her as a person, ain't nobody else gotta deal with that," Tyga says in the Hot 97 interview (via Hollywood Life). "That's real. The more your friendship grow, it keeps growing. It's all about a friendship," he added.
E! Online has also shared that the home has five bedrooms, its own home theater, luxurious kitchen as well as a pool and a barbecue station. Additionally, a source for E! claims that the reality star is set to move into her new home on August of this year, the month the teen star turns 18 years of age.
The gated community is the same one recently vacated by popstar Justin Bieber due to pressure for the community following incidents involving speeding, vandalism and wild partying.
