2. Beautiful Weather

Not too interested in learning about Greek history and culture? How do you feel about nearly perfect weather all year-round? Greece's weather is usually between 50 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in Athens.

In the summer, you're looking at about 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Here, you'll enjoy beautiful summers and quite mild winters. Because the weather is enjoyable year-round, you can expect to see plenty of weekly street markets and fabulous nightlife entertainment.

3. Stunning Oceans

Imagine living right next to the ocean. Greece has plenty of places to live with the ocean in sight. Consider moving to a small town or settling down on an island. Greece is home is several different islands, so finding one to live on shouldn't be too hard.

However, if you'd rather live a bit away from the water, you can live more inland and take a drive on the weekends to meet the sea. A couple of hours tops is all it will take you to reach some stunning water views.

4. Low Crime Rate

Greece has one of the lowest crime rates in all of Europe. The small crimes do happen from time to time as is expected no matter where you live. The most amount of crimes happen in Athens due to it being more of a tourist area.

You should always take good care of your possessions and ensure you keep everything safe as you would living anywhere else, but it's nice to know that you're living in an area with a fairly low crime rate.
