Sly's La Quinta, California Mediterranean-style mansion has just hit the market. But Stallone stands to lose a hefty amount of money despite the $3.5 Million price tag.

It is not the first time that Sylvester Stallon will be unloading this desert beauty, though, the Variety report said; he tried to sell the property in 2011 ($4.5 million), 2014 ($4.2 million), and 2015 ($4,199,000). He purchased the property back in 2010 for $4.5 million, so he would lose around $1.2 million even if he could sell it at a full-price offer.

The sprawling villa is located in the guard-gated Madison Club at it spans 5,173 square feet with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The two-story house was built in 2008 and features a red tile roof and a double-entry door that leads to the living spaces with arched entryways, coved ceilings, and hardwood and tile floors.

The property includes a wine room, a two-story living room, and a dining room. The living room also features an exposed wood ceiling while two sets of glass sliders open to a loggia. On one end, a media center is sandwiched by built-in cabinets with a wet bar while on the other end, another media center sits on a double-stacked carved stone fireplace.

The kitchen features a center island with granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and a climate-controlled wine closet. The french doors of the informal dining area open to the entry courtyard on one side and to the dining loggia, which has an outdoor kitchen and a grilling station, on another side.

Inside the larger master suite is a fireplace, a built-in wet bar, a large ensuite, a dressing room, bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub, and a windowed shower area. A large landing is situated above, which also doubles as a sitting room or office/library. And then, there is an en suite bedroom that can be used as a guest or family room, and it comes with its own private veranda too.

The second and smaller master suite also comes with a private veranda that offers a stunning view, a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom. Meanwhile, Stallone's paintings, which have already graced various arts and museums around the globe, hang on the walls of this exquisite home.

There's also a laundry room, a bedroom for guests/staff, a hall bathroom, and a garage that can accommodate two cars and at least one golf cart. Also, a relaxing outdoor space awaits its would-be buyer, including a fountain-fed pool, spa, and patio, a fire pit, plus a lush lawn and a stream.

Sylvester Stallone, born on July 6, 1946, is an American actor and director known for his iconic roles, "Rocky Balboa" and "John Rambo." Apart from the La Quintana villa, Stallone was reported to own another property in Beverly Park: a 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom home that sits atop a mountain. He also previously owned a 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 3,600-sq ft home in Lake Sherwood, California, and a 31,046-sq ft home in Miami.
