For those who fancy historic homes, George Washington's once-owned property in Alexandria, Virginia, is now for sale for $4.1 million. However, if celebrity homes are your thing, check out Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis' Beverly Hills property that they are unloading for almost $14 million.

This Old Town property was once owned by George Washington and has now hit the market for $4.1 million. A replica of Washington's townhouse located at 508 Cameron Street, sits next door to this historic building, according to Zebra.org.

The 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom, 5,132-square foot property was built in 1815. According to the listing, the house is fully renovated and features the historic kitchen rumored to be the original out-house kitchen. The kitchen is situated right off the dining room, has exposed brick and original fireplace, and has other modern amenities.

A grand foyer leads to two large rooms with 11-foot high ceilings and is connected with big flooding doors. Taking the large staircase will lead you to the master bedroom and sitting area. A washer and dryer are located on the second floor and in the basement.

The property was last sold in 2018 for $2.0 million with a current estimated value of $2,092,600 which is 78.09 percent greater than the median listing price for the Old Town area at $1.175 million.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are selling their Coldwater Canyon home for $13,995,000, Variety reported. The property is located in the Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) neighborhood within the Hidden Valley community.

The A-list home was reported to have been bought back in 2014 for $10.2 million--their first property as a married couple - from media and entertainment executive and former Viacom chief Tom Freston. The couple chose to sell the home as they are already constructing their new mansion also within the BHPO neighborhood.

The listing describes the 7,351-square foot residence as "timeless traditional." It features hardwood floors and has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. On the main level, you will find the living room with a fireplace, handcrafted moldings, public rooms, and a formal dining room.
