A waterfront estate that sits on a 7.35-acre land in North Palm Beach, FL, with more than 520 feet of ocean frontage, has hit the market with a price tag of $79.5 million, the week's most expensive new listing, according to realtor.com.
Located at 12525 Seminole Beach Rd, the gated property is the third-largest oceanfront estate in Palm Beach County after the Palm Beach empire and Gemini Estate. The nearly $80 million in asking price has dwarfed last week's most expensive new listing, which was offered for $49.5 million.
It is, however, Palm Beach County's second most expensive residential listing next to the Ziff estate with a price tag of $137.5 million, according to the Real Deal. The property is described as one of a handful of Florida properties where you could land and take off from the estate in a helicopter.
Developed in 1991, the 15,514-square-foot Tuscan-style property is set on a multiple-acre parcel and features seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms plus three half baths. A foyer with a curved staircase greets visitors upon entry. The living room features a stone fireplace and beamed ceilings while the formal dining boasts of French doors and intricate ceiling, realtor.com says.
The huge chef's kitchen, meanwhile, looks out to the Atlantic Ocean and features dual islands. The house also has a dedicated theater, a tennis court, a large private pool, a wine room, and a guest suite while the outdoor space features outdoor dining, a fireplace, a pool with a water feature, and patios.

The second most expensive listing is the Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu property. It can be yours for $115 million.
"Stonewall Farm" ranks third among the most expensive residential listings in the U.S. offered for $100 million. The eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate in Westchester County, New York. The four-story primary residence boasts of 24,000 square feet of living spaces, a 4,000-sq ft pool house with a spa, a gym, and a 60-foot swimming pool. The home sits on a 740-acre property that features apple orchards, world-class equestrian facilities, sweeping views of Westchester countryside, and rolling hills.
Fourth-ranking "Nottingham Ranch" in Bond, CO is listed for $89 million while "The Atelier" in Midtown, Manhattan rounds out the top 5 with an offer price of $85 million.
