Dustin Diamond's Port Washington property listed for $280,000

Dustin Diamond, known for playing Screech on "Saved by the bell," is selling his Port Washington property for $280,000 on an as-is-basis.

The 3,000-square-foot four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features multiple fireplaces, a deck, and a three-car garage. Diamond purchased the property in 2003 for $272,000, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report said.

The house sits on a 0.55-acre lot located at 124 Grandview Drive in Port Washington. The listing noted that the property had a pipe break that caused damage to its main floor and basement, and has been vacant for over a year.

According to the report, Wells Fargo Bank has filed a foreclosure against Diamond last June 22 as per court records. The amount owed on the mortgage was not disclosed.

Aaron Carter's Southern California home is for sale for $599,000

Aaron Carter is selling his Lancaster, CA home for $599,000. The two-story, three-bedroom, the three-bathroom home was built in 1997. The home also features 2,686 square feet of living space, a large backyard, and a swimming pool.

The home was sold to Carter in October 2018 for $430,000, Realtor.com reported. The open floor plan boasts of high ceilings both in the formal living area and the formal dining area. Meanwhile, the family room features a fireplace and entertainment area.

The kitchen has upgraded steel appliances, a pantry, granite countertops, and lots of cabinets. On the upper level is where you'll find a multipurpose loft that features a built-in desk. The master suite contains double sinks, a tub, a large walk-in closet, and a custom shower. Two additional rooms can also be found on the second floor.

Carter is an American singer who rose to fame in the late 1990s. His 2000 album Aaron's Party (Come Get It) sold more than three million copies in the United States.

This historic 2,560-square-foot home located at 1003 Woodland Drive has been the Armstrong family's residence during his Gemini and Apollo missions. The home features four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with high ceilings, 5-tab roof, and vinyl plank flooring, the Realtor.com report said.

The great room boasts of a stone facade, beamed vaulted ceiling, and tile flooring. Meanwhile, the updated kitchen is fitted with quartz counters, glass-front cabinets, a five-burner gas range, a mosaic backsplash, and a breakfast bar.

The master suite features a walk-in closet, a bath with dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, and a shower. The residence also has an office and decked attic plus a multipurpose garage.

Armstrong piloted the Gemini 8 mission and was the lunar commander of Apollo 11. The first man to step on the moon, Armstrong, died in 2012 at 82.
