A luxurious villa, where Prince Harry has stayed during his visit to Barbados, is still on the market. The asking price has been slashed to £19.7million ($25million).
The 14,000-square-foot Cove Spring House features seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms plus a separate 3-bedroom guesthouse. The villa is nestled on a 1.3-acre estate located in St James district of Barbados, the Hello Magazine reported.
According to the report, Prince Harry visited the property during his trip with Prince Seesio of Lesotho in January 2010 for the launching of the Sentebale Polo Cup at Apes Hill Polo Club. Cove Spring House features a private gym, cinema room, a spa, jacuzzi, and a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. The mansion also enjoys a 24 house security.
The property was previously listed for £31.5 million, and now the asking price has been slashed £11million. Apart from Prince Harry, other notable celebrities that have been guests in Cove Spring include Elton John, Nicole Kidman, Rihanna, Rod Stewart, Hugh Grant, and Anthony Joshua.
The Cove Spring House was designed using coral stone. This Palladian/Georgian open-architecture maximizes natural light, allows the trade to cool the house naturally, and captures the beauty of the island, the listing said.
