The fictional residence of the 1980s sitcom "The Golden Girls" has hit the market, and it can be yours for $2.999 million. The 1950's abode is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house situated in the exclusive Brentwood neighborhood in L.A.

The exterior of this house was used in the T.V. sitcom's first season, to portray it as the fictional home in Miami shared by the characters played Bea Arthur, Rue McClanahan, Betty White, and Estelle Getty. Then, in its subsequent seasons, a replica of the home was built at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The house's original owners already passed away, so a trust is selling the house. The house was reported selected as the fictional home for the series because of its lush greens that surround the exterior, good enough to pass off as a Miami home. The interior never appeared on the show, however.

The 3,000-square-foot abode features a wrap-around porch, tri-color kitchen (turquoise, yellow, and avocado), rear living room with a fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The Japanese-inspired interior also features a sliding shoji paper screen doors that separate the different areas of the home. There is also a wrap-around porch that extends into a veranda located in front of the living room.

According to recent reports, the couple is buying a two-bedroom apartment at 108 Leonard St. in Tribeca, New York, for around $3.5 million. Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have homes in L.A. and Australia, apart from their main home in Nashville.

The McKim, Mead & White-designed building was once the headquarters of New York Life Insurance Company until it was transformed into a 150-unit residential building with three separate entrances. This ability to enter discreetly is said to be the reason Kidman liked the property.

Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer have put their Venice home on the market for $14 million. The David Hertz-designed home called the Hollywood Bowl House for its use of recycled benches from the iconic L.A. amphitheater.

David Hertz, a known environmental architect, incorporated the repurposed wood into the home's design, which also features solar electrical and thermal systems, energy-efficient lighting, and natural ventilation.

The five-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 7,102-square-foot house was completed in 2014. It features a two-story entry, a pivoting front door, bi-folding walls of glass, and polished concrete floors.

There is a dining patio situated right off the kitchen and family room on the second floor. Meanwhile, a small office on the top floor opens to a rooftop deck. There is also a gym, sauna, and a swimming pool.
