Rockstar Bon Jovi sold his Palm Beach home million for almost $20 million while Comedian Jerry Lewis' former home in Las Vegas and MLB All-Star Brian McCann's waterfront home in Georgia hit the market.

Jon Bon Jovi was reported to have sold his new Palm Beach oceanfront home that was listed for $22.9 million. Bon Jovi built the 5,024-square-foot mansion at 230 North Ocean Boulevard after buying the property for $10 million in 2018 and demolishing the previous house.

The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom house features wire-brushed oak and limestone floors, cypress ceilings, elevator, library with built-ins, an oceanfront master suite, and a large walk-in closet. Meanwhile, the kitchen features custom cabinetry and state-of-the-art appliances. Outside you'll find a pool, loggia, and landscaped grounds.

Bon Jovi was also reported to be under contract to buy a bigger oceanfront mansion at 1075 North Ocean Boulevard for a cool $44.9 million. According to the listing, the grand home was designed by Thomas Kirchhoff while David Kleinberg designed the interiors. The mansion has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and five powder rooms. There are two oceanfront loggias, a courtyard pool and cabana, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a gym, generator, elevators, and a 3-car air-conditioned garage.

The late comedian Jerry Lewis's longtime home in Las Vegas hits the market for $1,295,000. The six-bedroom, six-bathrooms room, and 7,325 square feet of living space. Sitting on a 0.73-acre lot located at 1701 Waldman Avenue, the abode was built in 1964 in the Scotch 80s neighborhood.

The home features an oversized chandelier, a large fireplace made from petrified wood, a wet bar, a pool with a rock wall waterfall, a gazebo, and a casita. Jerry Lewis has made this property his residence for more than three decades.

Homes for sale in the Scotch 80s neighborhood are rare as families are more likely to hold onto their properties for decades. Only a few famous entertainers and prominent businessmen have owned a home in this neighborhood, including Nicolas Cage, Steve Wynn, and Howard Hughes.

MLB All-Star Brian McCann is selling his waterfront home in Georgia

The seven-time MLB All-Star has put his Greensboro waterfront home on the market for $1.2 million. The house located on Lake Oconee was built in 1995 and had three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

The home sits on a 92-acre property with 800 feet of shoreline, a boat dock, a private pier, and a boathouse. The abode is surrounded by meadows, pastures, streams, and woods, which makes it a perfect retreat home.

Inside is an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. The great room features a stacked stone fireplace and a wall of windows with views of the vast expanse of land while the living area leads to a lakefront deck.
