The Most Well-Known Celebrity Homes That Were Sold Expensively 

According to People.com, they have gathered some housing properties of some famous celebrities have either bought or sold (or even both) within this year of 2020. Even though a global pandemic was ongoing throughout the whole year itself, many of these celebrities have managed to buy various real estate properties while selling some of their own in the market. Below are some of the notable celebrity homes that were sold expensively in this year of 2020:

Pierce Brosnan (Malibu, California, $100M) - The former James Bond actor has recently listed their housing property in California recently, in last September. He and his spouse named Keely Shaye Smith have posted the property for sale in the real estate market. The main reason why they have listed their property is that the two of them (along with their two kids) are living their lives majority in their Hawain home instead.

Tommy Hilfiger (Greenwich, Connecticut, $47.5M) - The famous fashion designer listed his real estate property in the market last September, with the asking price of $47.5 million. The property was restored to its former glory (along with his wife Dee Ocleppo) after the said fashion designer purchased it. This restored its 1939 European castle-like design of the said property.

Shaquille O'Neal (Isleworth, Florida, $19.5M) - Another celebrity home that was recently listed in September this year, and this time around it is the home of the previous basketball player and now celebrity Shaquille O'Neal. Not surprisingly, the said home has its own complete basketball court within it, aside from the regular amenities that celebrity homes have to offer. However, the said property was previously listed twice, first in March 2018 for $28M and then in December 2018 for $22M.

Other Celebrity Homes That Were Sold Expensively in 2020 

Aside from those mentioned celebrity homes above, below are some additional ones that have been either sold or purchased in 2020, according to Insider:

Rob Low (Montecito, California, $45M) - He and his wife Sheryl Lowe (a famous jewelry designer) originally purchased the said property in 2006. They have recently sold the said property in October of this year, for the actual price of $45.5M. The property was known as the Oakview Estate in its location and the property was built from the scratch.

Jennifer Aniston & Brad Pitt (Los Angeles, California, $32.5M) - The celebrity couple purchased the home almost 2 decades ago, in 2001, for the amount of $13.1M during that time. During their time together, 3 years were spent in order to renovate the said property. Unfortunately, the couple soon divorced, and the property was purchased by a hedge fund executive in 2006. It was then listed in the market in 2019, with an asking price of $49M. However, it was not sold until this year for $32.5M.
