One Direction Liam Payne Net Worth
Liam Payne made his debut in the music industry when he auditioned for the British television series "The X Factor" in 2008. He rose to fame as a member of the top-rated boy band "One Direction," which popularized songs such as "What Makes You Beautiful," "Live While We're Young," and "Story of My Life.
According to Forbes, the 27-year-old English singer-songwriter acquired the Santa Monica Mountains property back in 2015 for $10 million. The real estate was originally built in 1991 for the late aerial film operator and entrepreneur Alan Purwin, who worked on films including the "Transformers" series, "Armageddon" (1998) and "Pearl Harbor" (2001).
The "Strip That Down" hitmaker thoroughly enjoyed his privacy in the sprawling estate, thanks to the forest specimen trees surrounding the property. It also gave him an ultimate rockstar vibe for its tiered seating movie room, a game room, a two-story dramatic wood-paneled library, five bedrooms, and eight bathrooms
The 9,700-square-foot mansion also features a park-like setting with meandering stone path winds, limestone patios, organic gardens, and a koi pond. To get into the compound's photogenic mosaic-tiled swimming pool, one must pass through a footbridge surrounded by a patio space. Liam Payne's property also featured a small producing vineyard behind the teahouse.
The Spanish-style home boasts a hand-hewn walnut panel and floor, vaulted ceilings, and custom-made chandeliers. All five fireplaces in the said celebrity home are also carved in limestone mantel.

Multiple Sell Attempts
It is not the first time that "The X Factor" alumni attempted to sell the breathtaking property. Three years after acquiring the mansion in 2015, Liam Payne tried to post it on the market for nearly $14 million. In February 2019, the singer dropped the price to $13 million and re-listed it again for $11 million in October of the same year.
Over the years, Liam Payne offered his house for rent with rates ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 a month. The South California property was initially listed for $10.75 million and recently sold for $10.2 million.
Hilton & Hyland's Jonah Wilson and Los Angeles-based real estate agent Tomer Fridman co-listed Payne's said property.
