The 35-year-old actress is ready to say hello to her first baby with husband Christopher French, but bidding goodbye to her chic Los Angeles villa. Just recently, Ashley put up the 4,214-square-foot property on the market with a considerable markup of $5,795 million.
According to Variety, the actress acquired the celebrity house for $4.1 million in 2019. It is a 4-bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house located in the star-studded Los Feliz neighborhood.
Property Features
The Mediterranean Los Angeles villa was built in 1923. While it has been updated and modernized throughout the years, the property still holds various original architectural features and flourishes.
Upon entering "Sharpay Evans'" Los Angeles villa, you will be welcomed by a gorgeous greens landscape and a statement yellow door.
It boasts a flooring covered in European oak and lime-washed walls, giving it an ultimate Old-World vibe. Ashley Tisdale's humble abode includes:
-
A well-lit living room.
-
Dining area.
-
Stylish kitchen with a breakfast nook.
-
A recording studio.
-
Garage.
-
Two-story guesthouse.
-
Multiple fireplaces.
The actress once boasts about her unique fireplace in the kitchen on her Instagram account.
"I never thought how nice it is to have a fireplace in your kitchen," Ashley wrote alongside a photo of her neatly organized kitchen with a fireplace.
"We use it morning and night, especially since it's the coldest around that time. Old homes with new charm," she added.
Meanwhile, all four large bedrooms on the second floor boast a breathtaking view, with the master's bedroom connected to a private deck.
Outside lies a patio complete with dining and lounging pieces perfect for entertaining guests and hosting intimate family gatherings. The villa's outdoor feature also includes an eye-catching rectangular pool surrounded by tropical plants and a sundeck.
The celebrity house is currently listed under Anthony Paradise at Sotheby's Int'l Realty.
Real Estate Background
It is not the first time that Ashley Tisdale sold a real estate property throughout her career as an actress. In 2016, the actress and her husband first put their Studio City home on the market for $2.7 million. The couple sold it to Hilary Duff's older sister, Haylie Duff, who also sold the said house after a few years.
Meanwhile, in 2017, Tisdale and her husband owned a historic Hollywood Hill property, which she acquired for $2.66 million. She bought the said real estate from five-time Emmy nominated TV director Craig Zisk.
As per Variety, the couple eventually sold the said house to indie folk-pop singer Ingrid Michaelson for nearly $3.6 million.
When she is not buying and selling properties, Tisdale is busy gracing the TV and movie screen. Her most recent project is as a panelist on Fox celebrity singing competition show, "Masked Singer." She was last seen acting for the CBS sitcom "Carol's Second Act."
